Helpful staff assisting with activities.
I faced issues with the TV setup and had to figure it out myself, frustrating. The taxi the hotel arranged charged me more than I was told. I was disappointed that the air conditioning did not work effectively.

The hotel is located, in my opinion, very convenient: easy to find, just 3 minutes walk from the railway station. Especially convenient for those who are going to Monaco or Cannes. The area is normal, nothing negative has been noticed. A hotel for its 3 stars is normal, but age can be felt. The room in the photo looks much better than in reality, but we only spent the night in the room, so it's normal. Cleaning is daily, towels change every day. In general, we don't have any special complaints.
The shower room is small, the distance from the toilet to the shower is small for an adult, which is very inconvenient. The shower is intentionally screwed to the wall and it is not adjustable at all: neither in height nor in direction, most of the water flows on the wall of the shower cubicle. There was no refrigerator in our room.

There are rooms with a balcony. 2 minutes to the station, 10 minutes to the Orthodox Russian Church of St. Nicholas. Nearby is a decent Chinese buffet, where you can have lunch for 14 euros, dinner for 19 euros. There is everything: sushi, dim sum, salads, crabs, ready-made and grilled shrimp, squid, various types of meat. I liked the buffet very much, this buffet is popular. full for lunch and dinner (for breakfast does not work).
It's a little noisy, I needed a balcony, they gave me a room to the street with restaurants, people walking. If you want quiet, ask for a room to the yard.

The room had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. I loved the cleanliness and the helpful housekeeping staff. They always ensured everything was tidy. Location couldn't be better for train excursions and exploring Nice, just a short walk to the train station. The size of the room felt surprisingly small, and there were issues with the shower temperature-water didn't get hot enough at times. I found the breakfast quality basic, with limited options that didn't justify the price. Dining around the area had nicer spots, so I opted to explore local cafes instead. The hotel offers decent value for a budget stay, despite some inconveniences.

We stayed at this hotel during the Monaco Grand Prix weekend because we wanted to be close to the railway station and it proved to be a good choice. The walk downtown wasn't too far & quite enjoyable
The noise from the street at night was a bit disturbing & there was no a/c, otherwise it was quite comfortable.

We stayed for 2 days in July 2019. The area of the hotel is close to the railway station and at the same time close to the main attractions. We went to Verdon, so we came to check in at the hotel much later than they had indicated - at 10 pm. They took it without a hitch, paid for it, checked in. The concierges work clearly. The room is not large, of course, but more interested in the area of the hotel. Clean, underwear, towels are changed daily. Breakfast is good. Very touched that when they left at 5.30 am - they went to a meeting and gave an exception breakfast at such an early age. Thank you very much to the staff for a good rest!
There is no such thing.

It's very close to the city center and to the main streets. The staff was very cooperative.
The building is old and I think it needs to be renovated.

It offers new-fashioned and functional rooms, and has best staff on the reception desk. Own bathroom is a decent size. Facilities are excellent, and there's shuttle to-and-from the hotel.
